Thank you for your time now here is night ( the tractor is in the open) and still freezing rain so I hope to remove that shield tomorrow. I'll keep you posted. Thank you again for your suggestions.

If the black plastic sheild is same as my BX, then there is nothing more then a simple black bolt holding it in place. I think its in the back side of the plastic or side , cant remember unless I go out there and look. Ill be looking for it when I go plow tonight before my wife come home from work.
We are expecting 6-12 inches and it looks like we already have 8 inches so far and snow is still falling.

here is an update: this morning I was able to remove the shield that protects the valves for the loader unscrewing three bolts and removing the boot. As EGON foresaw the lever was completely detached from the slave bolt that controls the hydraulic pistons and after reconnecting it everything was fine! Thank you all for the nice suggestions. This site is great!

Glad it all worked out for you. After all you have a KUBOTA. I like the easy fixes not the porous metal problems etc. Good luck in the future.

Surely glad it all worked out in an easy way Sevilla. You did diagnose it yourself if you read your first post.:D

I've had the same thing happen a few times on mine.
