Well, here I am with another question.
Today was the first time I'd ever removed my bucket and when I went to re attach it, I realized the cylinders were not in sync. Big deal? Not really I guess, other than a tiny bit of unevenness with the bucket. But is it normal? I also noticed the right cylinder works with less valve movement/pressure than the left side.

I did a search on it and didn't find much other than "operated the loader at idle back and forth to work out air pockets. Yeah, that didn't work. Is it as simple as cracking the lines and bleeding some air, or do I have some blockage in the valves?

I'm posting from my phone and tried uploading a video. But it didnt like extention type. I'll try to edit this from my laptop if you think a visual will help.

You should have a "timing bar" between the two bucket adapters. This bar that straddles between the two frame members keeps the two cylinders in alignment when connecting the bucket and or any other loader frame attachment. Once the bucket etc. is attached, the bucket keeps the cylinders in alignment, equalizes the load between the cylinders.

My loader frame has this timing bar but the pin holes in the adapters are worn so there is 10 to 30 degrees of mis-alignment between the adapters. I have put in new pins and a new bar when it broke but because the holes in the adapters are elongated i still have this mis-alignment when trying to connect my bucket, forks, grapple etc. It's just something to get used to.

If you're talking about the actual bucket, I would check the ssqa pins ensuring both are seated. If you're referring to installing the front end loader, check that it's fully and properly seated.
A caddy whampas loader could account for your symptoms.
One other recommendation would to be remove and re connect all hydraulic connections.

YEP! that was the problem. I had a missing pin in the timing bar. Until your post I never heard of a timing bar.

On a JD that is normal. The right side usually moves first. What I do is extend them both a little, the right will be out further, than bring them back a little, the right will move first and they will align better. I have also driven into the bucket a little bit of an angle to hook up in alignment better. Mess around with it a little and you’ll soon realize it’s not a problem.

On a JD that is normal. The right side usually moves first. What I do is extend them both a little, the right will be out further, than bring them back a little, the right will move first and they will align better. Replacing a missing pin in the timing bar on the right side fixed it.
