lk3054 & box question

A friend of mine who runs big IH, JD and KU farm equipment was impressed with the tractor and the backhoe. he could not believe the power and the turning radius. Picture attached

Question?? I have a BB-20-60 and find that the scarifiers don't seem long enough (they dig in but the junk ends up in the box) I was thinking about adding some flat bar extentions to the scarifiers. has anybody done this?? Results.

That is a fine looking outfit you have there.
I came very close to being a 3054 owner but found a great deal on a DK 35 and went with it.

I'm not sure what to tell you about the boxblade.

Normally, if all you want is to scarify, just shorten the toplink. This raises the blades on the box in relation to the scarifier tips.

Real nice rig--You may be able to get a little more depth by changing the retaining mechanisim--However--a inch or so probably about it--This is a tool that may be designed to do what you want and the box is not a issue--15 inch spacing on shearpin protected shanks and variable depth penetration from 0-15 inches--Ken Sweet
