I recently lost a small T-handle for my Lincon grease gun. I called them and asked for a replacement,because I liked the gun alot. The guy said they would ship me one at no charge, when it arrived yesterday it was in a huge box and was a entire replacement gun, also in the bottom of the box was a brand new cordless power luber, I couldn't believe it, sometimes a company still treats people good. On the packing list was warranty no-charge and in comments was " Thank you For Your Buisiness" Just wanted to share the story, I was surprised and impressed. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
