Lift pin spacing

After pricing around, I bought a couple of new toys for my 1715 Ford from the local Case IH dealer. A friend accompanied me when I went to p/u the attachments, & he was also impressed with their prices, leaving there considerably lighter in the checkbook. The salesman noticed me looking at their quickhitch, & later called me & offered it to me @ a nice price for the added business. After bringing it home, I noticed I can only use it on a couple of tools, & will need to modify the rest. I'm wondering if there is a standard width for the lift pins on tools that are set up for quickhitch, before I start the modification project. Thanks in advance

Quick Hitches have been discussed here quite a few times. Do a search. Most of them experienced same problems you are.

FWIW, you can increase or decrease non-standard implement pin spacing by installing them facing out, or facing each other. Sometimes that's enough to make them QH compatible, without going to the trouble of modifying anything.

Thanks for the replys, & in the future, will try to remember to use the search feature; I didn't think my situation was a common one, but putting a little thought into it, I can see I'm not the only tractor owner around. Also turning my pins "a half a round", won't work for me (not that lucky),but I do have a working relationship with Mr. Lincoln & Mr. Victor. Thanks again !!!
