Piece of aluminum bar, U bolt for a trailer hitch, wire and a switch to the harness in the left fender of my L3200. Bought a 36W flood/spot light on eBay for around $20.

Can stil be folded down with clearance.

I mounted mine similarly. random scrap of thin wall square tube on-top of the ROPS held on by U-bolts. I made some PVC pipe hockey pucks to raise the scrap pipe off the ROPS an inch or so. Drilled & bolted the lights to the scrap tube. Not as low profile as those, but I have 2 forward & 2 pointing back.
