I was in the process of changing out the glow plugs on an FX28D, and I noticed that diesel fuel was accumulating on the block near the first fuel injector. I traced the leak to the base of a threaded coupling that the injector screws into. Of course, fixing the problem will require opening the lines and removing the injector. My concern in trying to start the tractor after the fix - anybody have any experience with this ?

I would think just bleeding that one injector should do it.

I wouldn't worry about getting the injector in 9f you got it out. Bleeding air shouldn't be hard as said at worse you need to crack the line till fuel is present the tighten it.
