Likely that is 84 month financing with 20% down. My quick math sees that about 50k right? Seems right.

There are tradeoffs with anything, even a mini-ex. One of its strengths is easy maneuvering around the jobsite - very handy for grubbing stumps. But one of its weaknesses is getting to and from the jobsite. You either go slowly on its tracks or have to trailer it, and a mini-ex that outdigs an L47 will weigh 10,000 lbs. And the mini-ex won't bush hog your place when you're done digging. If you've got the resources and the space for multiple machines, by all means go for it. But lots of us - me included - cleared a lot of stumps with our CUT backhoe attachments over the years.

Agree with everything except that the new Kubota 3.5 tonne mini ex machine is at least as strong as the very strong hoe on the L39/45/47 and an inexperienced kid on one can outdig me speed wise, at least trenching. ( Hurt to say that!) But a mini ex ins not a Swiss army knife.

Well if you have not bought yet I vote L47 and it will do anything ag you need, I have a b26 that will out work a m5400 on loader work, and out work about any b on box box blade bush hog or tiller even though mine has 19.5 PTO. It just amazing what this little guy will do, I priced moving up but with all the accessories it gets too expensive to swap tractors. And the how on the tlb is so much better than add on one on ag machines.

When I'm down on myself thinking what a dummy I truly am, I just remember and think that I bought my L39 and what a smart fellow I must be!
Now if the mid size Kubota TLBs just had the HP, bigger Tires, and nice cab of the 6060, Kubota would have something really special.

Speaking of cabs for the L47, I am curious if anyone has priced out a Mauser cab for the L47, if it's even available. They look more factory than any of the other's I've seen. (Mauser is the manufacturer of the cab offered on the JD 1025R and looks about as nice as an aftermarket could.
