Ok , gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt and gave them the maximum time they said they were behind , called today left message , no return call .
Something is up with Kubota and the 3 point jerking problem .
Kind of like ignore the problem it will go away .
Will try the number given here a try now .

Anyone want to start a Class Action Law Suit against Kubota for this problem ?

Kind of funny how these things work. It seems the MFG leaves a lot to the dealer. My dealer looked at the jerk, got on the Kubota dealer web site and found a fix, had the part in 3 days and fixed it for free, including pickup.

I have always said the dealer is more important than the brand.

I'd have my lawyer call the dealer if you can't get anywhere by being nice. I don't think a suit against Kubota would do anything. It seems all Kubota can do is pressure your dealer.
