Kubota Purchase

I have an opportunity to purchase from my father-in-law a L2500 4WD with LB400 FEL. Hours 0138.3 and is about 8 years old if he remembers correctly. Also included is a Rhino bush hog and a 3 pt. backhoe. Unsure of the model type on the backhoe but it was purchased new with the new tractor. The equipment is in the Aransas Pass area and I'm in Fort Worth so I'm having to rely on seeing the tractor a few months ago. I'd like to offer a reasonable price so I'm asking for your input. Tractor has spent most of its life in the garage and looks pretty good.

I have seen these L series with loaders go for 7000-9000 with loader. With the backhoe I would add about 3000-4000. That relates to the 11,000-12,000 range.
