kubota la352 loader stuck in float position still after having detent replaced with new , any thoughts or help appreciated

Did you replace the parts or the dealer maybe its not back together correct.

A very reputable hydraulic repair shop rebuilt detent

It might just be hard to pull it out of detent.

its normally harder to pull out but now it will only come out if i hit the bottom of the control lever with a hammer, and dont want to make worse

Id try a light spray oil to the parts. I see that its a common problem with that loader valve.

where would you spray oil specifically? everything is well lubricated externally, are you thinking inside the valve ? thanx

The cup on the bottom some people drill a little hole to let the water out I'd take that off and spray up in inside that the balls and spring.

If it comes out when you hit it with the hammer I would think its just sticking a bit.
