Kioti Old problem with KL130 loader cracks

Hi I am new to the forum, I have a deposit on a 2007 Kioti CK30H with a KL130 or it might be a KL130b loader
I have been reading about the problems with cracks in the cross member tube
I have several questions

1.that years were affected?
2.what serial numbers were affected ?
3. If mine was affected how do I tell if it was repaired ?
4. Where do I find the serial numbers on the loader?

If you dig back in the Kioti forum there was lots of discussion on this, including a way to tell if the loader had been repaired. Good luck with your info search.

I have the first generation KL130 loader and it has never cracked. I asked Kioti to send me the strengthening kit, but they never did. Without a local dealer that services these tractors, customers were not to be trusted with their own welding, apparently.

I understand that, but I bought 3 new Kiotis and one new Bobcat CT230 (nearly the same as the CK30, except for loader and wiring). I wanted the strengthening kit and even planned my own upgrade.

I never did it, and never had a problem. I max out my loader all the time, but lifting is always done with forks or with a lift hook in the center.

This was a big issue 15 years ago, and my unit was covered. I can't recall anything about a serial # list. The design of the loader boom included a tubular beam that tied each side together, but was welded to only one side of the boom arms. Plus, there is a huge access hole in it for hoses.

Does your loader use the round cross-tube that fully penetrates the 2 loader boom arms?

Yes it does

That is the newer style that has no cracking problems. Built like most of the other loaders out there.
