Kioti loader bucket

I bought a Kyoti RX7320 last october and my bucket is split all the way down the back bottom of the bucket. Does anybody know what type of replacement bucket i could buy. it is an 83" buckey

I would think a welding / metal fabrication shop (to repair your bucket) might be cheaper?

If the unit is that new, it should be under bumper to bumper warranty.

Most dealers have access to 2 buckets. The light duty one and the heavy duty one. I always buy the HD buckets, They hold up much better.

On the side, I rebuild loader buckets as well as excavator buckets and I've seen (and repaired some ugly ones). Anything is possible when the abuse is serious. Just did one where the back sheet was ripped. Had a nice smile in it too. Smiles are the most difficult to fix as you have to cut both side (vertical sheets away from the bottom sheet) to allow the bottom sheet to revert back to it's original form., then reweld the sides to the bottom. It's never a cheap date either. My shop rate is $130 bucks an hour based on actual repair time, consumables not included.

Maybe just repair that one? How far spread out is the split? Can you just lap joint an angled piece of steel across the split and weld it down both sides? Was it a light duty material bucket?

I sure hope it was the light duty version. Hate to think what it took to do that damage to the HD one.

I would love to see this. I've never heard of something like that, especially on a new bucket! Yikes.
