Kioti KB2376 Backhoe

Have a oil leak at the spool on the crowd valve. This was repaired by a Kioti dealer on 7/24/12 along with the hyd. pump and the whole system was flushed out at that time. This unit has only 72.2 hours on it and started leaking again. On 4/5/13 I replaced the o-rings on both spools on the crowd valve joystick ***'y and tested it, it was not leaking oil. 4/6/13 ckecked valve and it is seeping oil again after just setting all night. Is there a way to fix problem. lesasutfin@gmail.com

Most spools in hyd valves are a precision fit, and when they wear, there is no fixing them.

Some valves spools have o-ring seals on them, and they can be replaced.

A seal allows part of the spool to protrude outside the housing, where it is accessible to the actuator.

Are you getting back pressure? Did they use the PB port to feed 3pt? See how many lines are hooked to the loader valve. Might be a good time to check pressure.

There is no way that this spool should be worn out with only 72.2 hours on it. I belive that it is a pressure problem. Received this e-mail from also. There was a certain vintage that had a problem of putting too much pressure on the o-rings causing them to blow out. There is a service bulletin on it that the dealer should be able to bring up. Holts LK3054xs had the problemand was a 2005 model.( ours is a 2004 model ). The solution is a 4 hour fix that Kioti came up with. Dealers were suppose to fix any tractor on the lot and call owners. They got paid for 4 hours. I am in contact with the dealer at this time.Sut
