Thanks everyone! I got filters coming in tomorrow and I'll be picking up the following:

SAE 15W-40 Rotella T5 - Engine Oil
Mobil 424 Hydraulic Fluid - Hydraulic system
SAE 80W-90 Gear Oil - Front Axle
3-4 tubes of Red n Tacky for greasing the loader.

Anything else I'm missing?

A drain pan that holds atleast 5 gallons; and you will Need a flex neck funnel.

The only things I would add (and it has been mentioned by others here) is to check the dipstick levels on the fluids before changing and if they are in the correct range measure what you take out (including draining the filters) and replace with the same amount (with a few extra mls for the new dry filter material.

It will get you closer to where you want to be in the end.

The front axles in particular need to have the wheels rotated to distribute the new fluid to all the nooks and crannies. Jack the front axle so you can spin the wheels manually and/or drive and recheck the levels.

Also check the manual for your model whether the measuring dipstick is correctly read fully screwed in or just put into the hole to the first thread.

There is a learning curve the first time for everything. Rechecking your dip sticks a few times over the first 1-2 working hours will give you the confidence you did it correctly.

Poked around a bit today looking for HST oil, and that 424 was available at several places.
No luck around here. 2 auto zones and a Napa. Maybe those aren’t the best places to look?

The Delvac can be found at Walmart in 2.5 gallon jugs. $42.98.

Oh, there are no stores around here so I Googled it.

I get most everything shipped anyway, just need to find the best product at the best price.

Where do you find this? I couldn’t find the rating in my manual.
I dont think is specifically says 'JD20C' in the manual (that I have found) but all the recommended oil also happen to meet this spec.

It is not in there; but when you look at the specs on 424, or the other approved fluids, each and everyone of them lists 'meets JD20C spec'. Point being, if it meets Jd20C, it's meeting the same spec as the approved fluids.

I couldn’t find any Mobil 424 fluid. Picked this up but feel like it’s not good for the hydraulics. I know they don’t need changed but I just wanted to change all the fluid and filters.

Says it is on their literature….

“Suitable for use in the following OEM Equipment and applications:

Well, saying it's suitable isn't quite the same as actually meeting spec in many cases. Amsoil is probably the most common example of that debate.

In this case the spelling mistake was a dead give-away.

All of the approved Kioti fluids listed are also listed as JD20C compatible; not a 100% proof, but if your fluid you picked up meets JD20C, you're fine. Unless you believe that Daedong uses something so proprietary in the hydraulic system that only the 4 specific fluids are the only thing that will work.

I use delvec in my tractor. Like yours it calls for 424. If you read the delvec label it states it’s the same as Mobil 424. It’s works well in mine. No whine and strong loader functions.
