Leaky front axle

My 2003 L3430 4wd leaks a bit of 80/90 at the turning joint for the right wheel, not the left. Enough leaks to wet the inside of the tire a bit but not a lot. I jacked the front end up and shook the wheel and the joint has only the slightest detectable play. Checked fluid level and it only...

The guy that did is was using the tractor instead of a bulldozer or skidder. His dealer and local mechanic both told him he was crazy and would probably break something but he decided to destroy the tractor anyway! He's posted it on Facebook with several different stories including the some of them about how he high-centered it on a rock, his wife drove into a tree, and the one he got made fun of the most on his how he babied the tractor since new. His local mechanic showed up on that post and called him out!! lol

Its amazing what people post on Facebook. That could be an entire thread itself. So it now appears his Kioti Dealer was fully aware of his abusive work habits with the tractor, and warned him. Most likely the dealer in this case becomes the first step in the Kioti Corporate chain for warranty review and eventual denial. Curious, if the broken frame tractor owner is a member of this forum, and if so, he has not come forward to provide any insight on this accident.

What exactly you see on a tractor that tells you it was designed to have a loader? They still have the weakest axle and subframe under that loader... Sure, manufacturers offer a loader because there is a demand for it, but still doesn't make it designed to have a loader.

Around here, you really can't buy a tractor off the dealer with the so called "factory" loader on it. It will be aftermarket, and even if it has the sticker saying the manufacturer of the tractor, chances are it will be a Stoll, Quicke loader or any other manufacturer on that specific country.

Maybe you better research the use of loaders on tractors. Of course any tractor can and will break in half if abused. I have seen at least six tractors that have either broken at the bell housing or the front axle mounting area...Bell housing being the more common among certain brands....in fact many tractors NEVER had a frame at all. NONE.

if the loader comes from the dealer with a dealer plated attachment, then IT WAS designed for it. People making comments like loaders are meant for lifting, not digging are killing me. These things should not have to be used with white gloves like some people are commenting.

If tires weren't not meant to be lifted off the ground, then they would have designed the cylinders to not let it go that low.

seems like some of you guys are afraid to even drive your tractors, based on the comments here, my frame should have broke 15 times.

Ummmm,,,,, when members are talking about tires off the ground they mean the rear tires, not the front tires.

yea not sure I agree with that, people weren't saying that in the cylinder bend post with the stump puller.
