Kioti Branded Diesel Power Additive?

I just got a trial bottle of Kioti Diesel Power from my dealer. He says Kioti did a lot of testing on this product and it is good stuff.

The bottle indicates it displaces water, boosts cetane levels, prevents gelling, prevents algae growth and cleans injectors and lubricates too. Small amount will more than treat a tankful in compact tractor. I do not know the price.

Guessing is is re-branded Diesel Power- but not sure which exact product. The diesel power website even states that they will re-brand their products.

Contains special wallet sucking additives! Snake oil and kerosene.

Doesn't sound like it's any different than the HOWES additive I use in my semi tractor.

Update: Had a minute to spare and took an image of my sample bottle. Looks like a STABIL-type dispensing container. Add 1 Oz per 32 Gallons and this is a 16 OZ bottle.

If Kioti sells it, to me that means it is fine to use and would not harm the engine or affect Warranty etc. It will only take 1/4 oz to treat a 7.9 Gallon tank of fuel; like on my CK30 HST.
