Kaboto 3 point

I'm having problems with the 3 point. When engaged the 3 point will very slowly raise. If there is any weight on the 3 point it will not raise. I can stop the 3 point from raising just by holding down on the arms. However, if the 3 point is in the up position I can not push it down unless the lever is disengaged. I don't have any problem with the loader, it works fine.

What model tractor do you have? Does it also start to go down on its own a little while after you raise it?

Also did you just buy the tractor or have you owned it for a while and the problem just started?
