2017 NH 54D 3 point hitch Lever is hard to move

I’m sure this has been discussed, but I couldn’t find a Thread.
The lever that lets the 3 point up and down has gotten increasingly hard to move. Next to impossible to run a box blade effectively.
Any simple Solution to this problem?

Lubricate the linkage with some sort of spray lubricant.

How is the lever attached? The bolt on which it pivots may be too tight or it may want a little grease. Is something binding there? Is any linkage free to move? Are there any grease fittings along the way? It sounds like mechanical binding so it shouldn't be too bad to fix.
