Just another Deere

Well, guess you could say I am a sucker for a 1982 John Deere riding mower. Saw a 108 for sale on Ebay (local pickup only) so I bid on it and ended up getting it for $266.00.

Oh and when I got there he also had the two bag bagger with the deal. Guy told me it "aint no good without a bagga"

Looks a bit better in the pictures than it actually is, as far as the paint goes, but it runs great and the mows fine. Have to adjust the wheels a bit.

Wife can't understand why I need four lawnmowers! (three of them are Deere's and one is a Husky Hover Mower for doing hills and stuff.

Looks in great shape..well built compare to some models today.

I purchase nice little 1965 JD 110 couple years ago...good little putter tractor.

Hey! That mower is defective. It has two bolts missing out of the right-rear wheel. I'll take it off your hands for $150 because I'm your buddy. Whadya say?

Yep, and I went around to the other side and the same two bolts are missing there. That's what I get for buying old stuff! But, she mows pretty darn good.
