Any suggestions as to where I can buy a carburetor for my John Deere L130 lawn mower--John Deere wants $240--is there a site where I can get one for less?

I have a l125 new carb. spare for my Lawn mower. will need to check if would work. What happened to yours.

Well, I don't know. I always kept the mainteance up on it, but it has been sitting for appx 1 year. Since I don't use it any longer, I decided to sell it, but it wouldn't start. Had my brother-in-law take it to his uncle who repairs lawn mowers. He told be I need a new carburetor.

Maybe best go to John Deere with the model # and purchase a repair kit
There is a gasket between 1/2 's and if not good it will leak looks like a deformed o ring.
