looking to buy it but its has a hydraulic problem, struggles to move and sterring real slow. , no attachment on it , about 400 hours , any body have a clue what would be the problem?

If changing hyd filter doesn't correct problem I be hesitant to purchase a tractor with a hyd problem. Does this tractor have hydro-static trans? Parts & dealer shop labor can get very high $$$$$$

yes its a hst, dealer dont know or wont tell me much about it, I asked if its been checked out but he says they dont have time.

Ditto, expensive. I'd give him .50 cents a pound with those symptoms.
