ford 5000
hi,i have been looking for any information about a safe working load diagram for a 1968? ford 5000 tractor crane which i work on occasionally.i have been told it is one of three that were built for working abroad.[supposedly australia].i can find no reference to this crane anywhere online.its probably the last one left.it is still in use and one of the most versatile cranes built. the steering swivels on a large bearing below the engine and the front boom hydraulics are in front of the front wheels which were worked by disc brakes.i will put some photos on after i take some this week.if you like unusual types of tractors this is a one off.maybe three.talk more later, thanks.ps, forgot to say i am a 69 year old trying to retire mechanic/plant fitter.loves fresh air, fishing, outdoors, fed up with diesel fumes.speak soon.

Enjoy the site. If you re-post your Question(s) under the Ford or construction equipment forums, hopefully answers will be forthcoming... We like a challenge.
