jd scarifer/chisel plow shanks

i have an old john deere 5 shank scarifier/chisel plow with the shanks that are coiled and held on a toolbar by a v clamp. I am looking to find some of these replacement shanks and I cannot seem to locate any. Can anyone help with a suggestion on where i might look or if there is anything specific in the name that i need to be searching for? The shanks are coiled so there is a few loops in the shank. I want to buy some more, but i dont know what my options are. please advise

no, there are two full coils in the JD shank. Im going to take a picture tomorrow and hopefully that might help.. I was hoping to find the shank and clamp all together. Looks like i might need to really take it easy on this thing...

If you can determine the model number of the implement, that might help. JD may be able to supply new shanks. A photo or two would help us visualize what you are describing.

mine is 3pt hitch but the tines are exactly the same as the one attached.

I think that looks more like a field cultivator. A 5 shank chisel plow would take some serious HP to pull.

Sorry for my confusion on the category as i am surely a novice. anybody got any idea wherei could find these at?
