JD 690C Excavator

I was wondering what everone thought of this excavator it is JD 690C
the under carriage is about 60%. Does not seem to have any leaks and they want $13,900 for it. Does not smke when you start it up. I am not sure how much the machine weights I would say it was made about 1988 or so. The guy at the place told me it weighted 22,000 lbs but I think it is more like 26,000 or 28,0000. I am sure that is big enough to do excavating of ponds and stumps and stone removeal. And that is what I want it for.

Your both guessing way light. A 690 is about 40,000 to 43,000 depending on how it's equipped. About 125hp and 22ish ft dig depth.
Probably has about a 3/4 to 1 yard bucket on it.
