jd 5400 ignition switch - extra wire

I have a 97 ish 5400 open station. I took the panel off that has the ignition switch to add some switches for some LED lights I'm adding. Anywhoo there is a black wire that is not connected to back of switch but it clearly goes to it.

I have surfed the web looking a schematics and picture etc but can't find the answer. I seem to have narrowed it down to 1) Bat 2) acc or 3) ELX (??)

Thoughts ?

Thanks - i sent you a PM. I talked to JD dealer today - they don't have any idea what it is haha ohh well - see what the manual says.

got it - still doesn't show this wire anywhere ! Strange - it comes out of the loom with the rest of the wires going to ignition switch

Looking at JDparts the 5400 and the 5210 use the same key switch RE45963. I have attached the page from the tech manual for the 5210 for the switch, that shows where the black/ground wire goes.
