i dont own a ltx1040 but is your concern putting pressure on your transmission with your jack? not sure how much clearence u have underneath but a jack and piece of 1/2 inch plywood cross ways to expand your pressure in the back by where u hitch would be or is,i hope that helps in what u were trying to do
