I would see if you could pump it up hill to a gravity tank and feed the emitters of the middle of the tank well at least not the bottom or the top were the crud will gather.
That way you could over pump to tank and rely on the gravity to feed the emitters not pumping all the time.
Can you put gravel in the creek and put a submersible pump in the gravel.
if you use a sub well pump put a cross on the emd of pump and 2 18" nippels out the side to stop torque and supply straight out and make sure there is about 6" of water above motor to cool it and supply straight out.
Remove the check valve in the pump and go over the side of the tanl asn it should self drain too.
