Interesting looking grapple. I noticed the one shown doesn't close completely on the skidsteer bucket. Does yours?

I asked john the guy who made it and it does close down.My rock bucket is 16" high. I am going to weld it to my rock bucket. Why do you think the grey primered grapple will not close down on theskid steer one bucket .. or are you talking about the thumb

The other pictures from different listings show one mounted to a skidsteer bucket. The way that one is mounted, it doesn't close all the way.

It looks like the pieces they welded to bottom of the grapple should be welded at a different angle so it could grasp together on the bucket edge. I think I am going to have a bar on top 4 ot 6" higher than the bucket" and have braces supporting it. Then attach grapple to that bar and tac weld it to see were it closes. Kinda of how Pt has one on 54" rock bucket but I have 60"thanks for the pic I did not see that before. that bucket looks alittle longer than mine
