I have an electric bidet seat. No extra plumbing or space needed (except a T junction to the water feed for the toilet). Being electric, it has a warm water jet for cleaning and a warm air fan for drying. Soooooooo nice! And, there is no need to wash dookey off of your hand. I figured it's heaper to go electric than to repair the ceiling in winter -due to people rocketing off the seat when freezing cold water hits the sphincter!
Had to use TP the other day, that felt rather primitive and not nearly as nice as the bidet. Once home, I used the bidet for a better clean.
They even have a mascot similar to Camel smokes - Joe Bidet!
