Hydraulics problem

Hi, I wonder if anyone can advise me on a problem I have with my compact tractor, a Kumiai 1840FD (manufactured by Mitsubishi)
The three point linkage has stopped working. The hyraulic pumps seems to be working fine. Has anyone had a similar problem and does anyone have a contact who sells workshop manuals for this make of tractor?
Any advice would be very welcome.
