where do i check the hydraulic fluid level on a kubota l2600dt tractor?

Unless yours is different it should have a site glass on the left side of the tranny sort of behind the clutch pedal. Park on level ground with engine off and implements on the ground. Oil level should be half way in the glass.

Where is the drain plug for the hydraulic fluid?

It should have 3 drain plugs. The main is right under the shifter under the floor board. It should be easy to see when you get under there. Look at the drop down part of the rear end. It will have a drain plug on both sides of the lowest part of the rear end.
