Howse finish mower spindles

Hey Ya'll,
I'm trying to find a replacement spindle for my Howse C372 finish mower. I know that Howse has gone out of business and I've tried ordering one from the 800 number that is on their website but the one I was sent doesn't line up, blade or pulley. And it looks nothing like the originals. The folks at the 800 number have told me it must just be a chinese knock-off even tho my machine has the proper numbers and even a serial number.
I've rebuilt one of the originals with new bearings and oil seals and the machine is working right now but I can see this as a big problem going forward.

I bought a 6ft. finish mower at auction. Bush Hog brand that the owner was replacing all the bolts on it with stainless steel. Was torn apart so I was able to buy it cheap. Know I had all the spindles - now 1 missing. 650 dollars for a replacement. Project for the future now.
