For those of us who keep their backhoe attached to the tractor, how do you store it to keep from flat spotting the tires?

I used to just lower the dipper and leave the bucket on the floor. This only relieves part of the weight though and over time, I developed tire flat spots. The stabilizers of course are of no use since the cylinders bleed down.

On my newer L6060HSTC and MX5800 tractors, I began using blocks under the BH frame to support more of the weight. I found that two 6 X 6 blocks screwed together are the perfect height to support the BH92 hoe:

This way, I can leave the boom and dipper attached to the frame which frees up some floor space. Yeah, it's a bit of a hassle to have to raise the tractor with the stabilizers to block it up every time I put the tractor away but it does prevent flat spots.

I'm curious if anyone has a better idea.

I took this shot before I attached it today. I also throw a bungee cord across the outriggers to keep them up.

I don’t have a tractor backhoe anymore but when I did it would flat spot. I just put one post under center pivot pin that solved the problem. I also put a ratchet strap across the stabilizers.
