Ck2610 Backhoe Pin wear

400 hrs on this tractor and experiencing (IMO) a lot of pin wear on backhoe especially the shoulder pin( bottom one ) . Not a lot of backhoe use ( maybe 15hrs ) but a lot of traveling moving fill with bucket . I leave Hoe on for counter weight . With all the travelling the Hoe is moving around a lot and i think it’s causing wear and definitely alot of noise . I have secured the hoe and out riggers with Ratchet Straps to keep from moving .. I think this will help with pin wear .. also secured Backhoe seat with rubber strap to keep noise down ..

That's a new issue I have yet to see.

My hoe is on by tractor 100% of the time, and 20y + 1200 hours have not had this happen. My hoe is a Woods copy, with maybe 200h on it. Love the ballast, which allows me to lift a ton with the loader.

When you say, "travel", do you mean at top speed, like 15MPH or more?

Yeah as fast as it will go lol .. I have been moving a lot of fill .. about 30 tandem loads about 250 meters return trip .. and the route is very rough.. a lot of banging around..again this is just my opinion and the straps have definitely quieted everything down and now very little movement in the backhoe ..
