Buying advice for small land-owner in New Hampshire

Yes you have time - check out Chappell Tractor in Milford - they are predominately a Kubota dealer and cater to construction and homeowners and are a decent outfit to deal with.

As you will get a lot of feedback and opinions on here, you might want to start your own thread - building a new house, what tractor and post some pics of your land/area and intended uses.

As you probably know getting the bulk of the excavation clearing is best done with large machines, then get the tractor sized for the maintenance, planting etc. Good luck in your search and build of the new house too..

Thank you. The land clearing etc., will be done by builder. My needs are for maintaining the 17 acres after structure is complete.
