My TLB came from the PO with hooks on the front bucket, similar to what others have shown. Really handy for logs and stumps too big to fit in the bucket.
I've had a chain loop permanently on the backhoe bucket for many years. It is a convenience, but hard toadjust the length of the attaching chain since the end hook had to be on the loop, or else run the chain through, etc.
Now that I have a welder I've finally gotten a hook back there, too. most convenient. I've kept the chain loop on for the really hard pulls - or something that might snatch, like pull starting the hunt club's dump truck.
