I have been mowing a 18 degree slope thats over 75" long, for over 5 years and still go real SLOW.

I don't know enough about New Holland models to know how big and wide your 1220 is; maybe wider than my B27120. Of course, I've found I can do it, but I don't like it. I'm probably going to rearrange a little dirt to change that slope just a little bit. And you did mean 75' instead of 75", didn't you?/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Oops 75'.... thats part of my front yard by the street,I don`t like doing it but it has to get done.
I think the 1220 and a Kubota B7300 are about the same size.

Now the important question how do you make the smiley faces?

And that's where my short stretch of steep bank to mow is, also. It's actually a 400' borrow ditch across the front of the property, but only one bank in one short spot that's steep enough to be of concern.
