Is there anything wrong with running a standard flow attachment with the hi-flow circuit IF the attachment specs are within machines hi-flow flow and pressure? Some attachments just say Minimum Flow 13 GPM in the spec. So could this attachment run off either std. or hi-flow circuit?

NO, as long as you don't apply more GPM and therefore up the rpm of the hyd motor beyond the rated rpm limit.

Some attachments are designed for high flow, and must have the minimums to operate satisfactory.

Most hyd tool will operate at about any flow, but may not provide satisfactory results.
