Help!, What Is It?

I need everybodys help on this one. I picked this up from a guy who told me it was bought in the 80's,It was called a Big Wheel, and it was made in Indianapolis IN. The mower deck was out front and it has a Briggs 8hp on it. Steering was done by a bicycle chain and reverse was a simple friction disk. I think it is to far gone to restore but i would like to find some info on it. Thank You

Its not homemade and no it does not run yet, not sure its gonna either, its pretty rough.

It does have alot of Yazoo like features but I do not think that is what it is.
