Sorry folks, been tractoring

I put the 30A on the (upgraded) alternator feed. Absent an electrical fault, the tractor runs fine with the fuses in either location.

When you say "fine with the fuses in either location"...I wouldn't want to run the tractor with a 50 amp fuse in a 30 amp designated socket!

Yeah. But after 11 years with this machine, it has proven, for lack of a better term, indestructible. It could burst into flames tomorrow and I would buy another without hesitation.

Just for giggles, I scanned in my wiring diagram for my BX-25D, 2011 version. It does not show a 30 amp fuse in the mess at all. Sorry, the diagram was long and I could not scan it in all at once, makes me miss working where I had such stuff, but use your imagination! Not much missing.

Yeah it's in the very first diagram, right above the battery - 50amp slow blow fuse. That's the one under the hood near the oil filter.
