Thanks for the pics. I hope mine shows up soon. I check online and it was shipped back in May. No tracking info yet.

OK, I am convinced it is worth a try. I have all KK implements so I am hoping it should work without too much fuss. Beats having to pay $200 which I almost did a while back. I laid down till the urge passed.

Thanks for the tip. Just ordered one of these up along with 6 pairs of gloves. The iMatch from JD was going to be like 200. Hope it works out on my 2305. If not, I guess I got 6 pairs of gloves (if they fit! /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif). BTW, will this hitch require the bushings on the implements like the iMatch??? If so, were are you all getting them at. I read elsewhere that Northern Tool had them. Any thoughts?

Ordered mine a couple of weeks ago and it showed up today. Got ready to mount it and understood the problem with the hitch going over the 3pt lower arms. It looks like somewhere between a 16th and 8th inch to fit.

I'm going totake the route of notching the side of the hitch and putting a peice of place steel on the hitch to "widen" the hitch opening.

I didn't read fast enough and ordered my hitch then found the offer on the gloves. Oh well, snooze you lose... At least I'll have something to do in the heat of the day Saturday - only supposed to be 101...

Hope mine comes soon so I can get it "adapted".
Hard to believe that here In NH I am burning the wood furnace each evening.

Did you measure the inside of the slot for the 3 point arms to go? I wonder if this is a quality control issue and some are larger than others or if your 3 point arms are wider than some? My slots were 1 3/8" and fit just perfect with no modifications.

The lift balls on all my Cat 1 tractors are 1-3/8" wide. It seems to be a standard.
Between you, Jim, and me we have experienced 1 good and 2 bad off that assembly line. They appear to be experiencing some variability - - or maybe there are two different production runs and they have become mixed. I am sending mine back. HF has sent me a postage paid label. They will send me another after receiving the return. I just called HF cust serv 800-4443353 and spoke to Brandon Cook in Tech Support. He said the return rate on this item is low, so maybe there arent too many bad ones out there. Or else many people are just modifying them to fit. or, shudder, grinding their tractor balls.
Does either of yous hitches have a problem with being able to set the top hook in the 2 lowest adjustment positions? mine has interference with the top bar here in addition to the subject problem with lift arm fit.
Item of probable interest: I found that Brandon can order that top hitch adapter shown in the quick hitch instructions. The price is $11.71 PP with a 6-8 WK lead. Nice to have at the price.

has anybody had this AND an iMatch? i just ordered a $220+ iMatch and am wondering if i should change my mind. i dont mind paying more if it is a better product. by better i mean, heavier, easier to install and fewer compatibility issues. anyone able to give a good side by side comparison of the two? it will be going on a JD 3520.

I received mine yesterday from a backorder on 5/16. Measured the unit this morning and found one side is 1-1/4" and the other is 1-3/16". Called for a swap out. Looking at mine I found that the side plates are dished, I guess from the punch press. If they had punched right and left separately the dishing would have worked to their advantage.

If the next one is closer to right I will take the expanding jaws from my hydraulic power pack to it and see if I can expand the spacing to gain the necessary clearance.

My top hook came in the lowest position.

I measured the spacing on the hitch and quickly found what they did. At the very top of the opening for the arms the spacing is correct at just over 1 3/8" as Larry mentioned above. It looks like they used a 1 1/4" wide bottom hookwelded the hook to one side and then realized "oh crap" and squeezed the two side plates together to make them fit...

Even with the fabricating of the solution, still ok with the $69 quick attach... If the welds hold on the sideplates.... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

What are the inside and out side measurments on the on the bottom lift arms? TSC Q/H inside is 27 1/2 out side 29 1/2 which makes it very useful if the HF are like that than it will be fine
