your terminology is such I am not totally following exactly what is not working and I have only seen Deutz in pictures,
if you have a VOM, (volt ohm meter) or a test light, (a probe with a light in it and a ground wire), and trace out where you have power and where you do not and see what or where the problem is,
you say control box, (I would check for blown fuses, loose screws, broken wires, switches not working, plug convectors, )
also I do not know the air conditions, in your area, your say Alexandria, but no state or Country,
you typed " lead light" I am guessing head light, but on bulbs, I would check the plug connections, if it is a twist in bulb, some times the lead tips will oxidize and no connection will be made, and if one takes the bulb out and rub the end (I use my pant leg) and polish it many times it will work.
if you find a corroded plug, clean and use a little dielectric grease on it, it will help seal out the elements that cause the corrosion,
