That's a 2007 or older model. You can retrofit them, but they're not as handy as the ones at the hand grips because you have to let go of the handlebar to actuate them.

Thanks for the response. My hands are to small for the grip brake levers.

Any suggestions on what I can do?

First, shorten the sleeves as far as possible to make the reach as small as possible. Since they're turning brakes, you don't really need them to grip hard. I always shorten the brake lever sleeves and the steering column lock sleeve a Loooooong ways when setting up a machine.

I don't know too much about the brake setup on a BCS, so don't know if this would work or not, but maybe you could adapt a stepped motorcycle/atv brake/clutch lever? One that has a dog leg to bring the lever portion closer to the grip? Not sure where it came from, but had one on a dirt bike for one of the kids many years ago - it let their smaller hands reach around the lever without having to adjust the cable all the way out. You could probably make one by bending the appropriate thickness rod stock, then weld a tab to fit your fulcrum/attachment point...
