I read that I'm supposed to be greasing the loader control pins. (B7800 only 25 hours) Can someone explain how you would go about doing that? Do you unscrew the housing and then just shoot grease all around? I'm not sure how to approach this. No zerks.

thanx,
grae

Good question. I've been wondering that myself. In my LA1153 manual it says "lubricate the joints of the control lever linkage every 10 hours." At first I thought they were referring to the latching pins on the skid-steer quick attach. But elsewhere in the manual it says "Lubricate the latching pins weekly with grease." I keep forgetting about this because I've never figured out how to do it. . . .and I have 75 hours on my tractor now! Somebody had posted a thread about this a while back. I don't remember if anyone ever responded though.

Sorry. I don't have your answer. But I'll be watching this thread as well.

I recently greased the control linkage on mine. I removed the 3 small blts that hold down the plastic cover and shot spray grease over the moving parts.
Mine is due again for another grease job. If there is an easier way to get it lubed without pulling off the cover I would like to hear it. Thanks.
