Here is the switch that actuates the diverter valves.
It works well but
I think I will make a bracket and mount a momentary switch on the control handle, I think I will be a little more proficient that way.
Cool grapple!!!
In the future, please use circles and arrows to point out the messy dirty shop and dirt tractor. I could not find them /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Everything you've got is cleaner than anything in my dust bowl !!!
Cheers!
Here are the diverter valves and some of the plumbing.
I think I can play with them and get them to lay down better.

I think Imight try to put together a full install thread in the attachments section this week.
I takes a while to learn to use it proficiently. I guess just like anything else. By the end of the day I was getting better at picking up what I wanted. I cetainly would have taken me a lot longer than that to pile that wood up without it. Now I have an overgrown hillside to clear off.
I poo-pooed it about a year ago; since then I've actually had a few/several times where that woulda come in handy. A friend of mine says crow ain't half-bad if you don't eat the feathers...guess I'll have to eat some crow. Looks like a really handy setup--have fun!
Yeah I was almost afraid that the lift capacity is too low to do anything.
But it lifts a heck of a lot more than I can and it can do it all day long.
I was surprised at how much wood it takes to get to the limit.
That's just not right. I don't even have a tractor yet and y'all are spending my money on accessories already. I've got tons of trees and old fallen wood that this would be perfect for.
Are you still happy with your grapple? I've pretty much decided on selling my 3830 and "downsizing" the machine, but "upsizing" the toys to go with it - the grapple would be a huge beni for me.
Absolutely!!
It has increased the usefullness of the tractorby at least twice.
I was cleaning up a big old hedge tree this weekend. Disposed of it in about half the time it would have taken without the grapple.
For those that have one, do you need to have the aux hyd installed on the bx22 to install the amer solutions grapple? I've got a huge pile of dead decking that I am going to need to move into a container and this thing looks perfect for the job!
I had spoken to Bernie awhile ago about his grapple and it's installation. I had bought a loader level from American Solutions prior. I decided to purchase one last week from American Solutions and found that the one phone number was disconnected. I sent Jeff, the owner, an email to the address on his website which went unanswered. I then called a second number on his site and left a message on an answering machine, which to date have recieved no response. I am not sure they are still in business at this time.
