This is the first year I've actually grown jalapeno peppers for myself. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif What I'd like to do is make some guacamole, but I've lost the recipe. The only things I recall is the peppers, avacado, lemon or lime juice. I seem to remember there is more to it. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif Any out there got a favorite recipe for this stuff? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Throw in a little sour cream for a smoother consistency. About 50/50 avacado/sour cream is the right ballpark.

Some diced tomatoes are a nice addition. Don't forget a dash of salt.
