I have been using suspenders for a few years. Fill the picket with phone, wallet and tools. No dropping of pants. Plus do not need an over tight belt around waist.
Been wear suspenders for several years sure can fill the pockets, also no more pull your pants up your butt showing from the Mrs.

I'm amazed
every single solar light was on
snowman has a cool internal disco light effect
ho ho ho

even got some on the bird feeders and the willow tree way out in back
always impressed how well Apple phone collects light, it was totally dark out when I went out
all the lights along the driveway are like big tree ornaments with a solar panel on top and slowly change color.
that's a good start for today.

Good (Saturday) morning. Overnight Low of 12.4C and it's presently 16.0C, overcast & calm with drizzly rain. A LOT more rain expected today = warnings posted by 'those in the know'. There was 4.9mm in the gauge @ 0900.

Yesterday I went into our Church hall, armed with a very tall stepladder, to search for that Advent wreath + candles. I found it in the second place I looked! Took it over to the Vestry, set it up and 'tested' the candles = some wick trimming.

Rain started back up by the time I got home so nothing else accomplished for the day. It's an 'inside' day today due to the weather.

That's about it, take care all.

Good evening all. 27ºF for the start, scattered clouds, light breeze in Missouri. Light wind, partly cloudy and high temp was 52ºF en route home. Poured hot cup of coffee. 22° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 27° with chance of snow showers. Was not prepared for the 2" of snow that fell yesterday morning. Got tractor out and moved Christmas Tree its storage place to front porch. Then moved shovel and ice met to back porch. Took bucket off tractor and put snow blade on. By then most of the snow had melted. So put back in barn. Did a little house cleaning. Will take Sassy to groomer. I will do some shopping while she is there. Some puttering in shop should fill in rest of the day.

Morning all!
Currently 26 going to a sunny 35. We lucked out with the last storm and only got rain. Looks like we got flurries last night though as the yard and drive are coated.
Not looking forward to the end of next week as the forecast is calling for 12 and 13 degree nights! Pellet stove will be humming!

We had another great Thanksgiving! Tempers were just starting when they all decided to leave. Lucky for us.

Not sure what will be on the agenda for the week. I guess I will be in the shop. We will be going to the store one day at least, as it looks like we sold quite a few more pieces!
We bought a new camera system to replace the current one. I went with a hard wired setup as charging the battery ones we have now really sucks when it's cold out!! Hopefully can work on that this week. Attic wiring to the cameras will be fun. Not!
Time for another coffee.
Hope everyone stays safe and healthy!

Walked Cody in the dark and fortunately did not meet the skunk

Worked on the brakes a little bit and changing the calibers as well. Ordered new brake line hoses although may use the old ones to finish it up.

23 climbing to 42. Clear as a bell.

Went outside at about 5am for a quick chore and looked up at all the stars...saw 4 satellites moving across the sky...thought that was a lot for a short time, so researched how many are actually up there...13,230, but only 10,200 are still functioning.

Hope you're feeling better, Mostly.

Had fun playing board games with son and DIL yesterday. My wife made a tasty southwestern soup.

I think they drive home tonight. They said traffic wasn't bad coming down, but I had heard that travelers are really spread out nowadays...many stretching the Thanksgiving period to 5 days to a week, to stay away from traffic.
