• Other symptoms: Nausea or vomiting, dizziness, headache, tiredness or weakness, irritability, thirst, decreased urine output, faintness, mild confusion, or low blood pressure after standing up

Sometimes, you can stop sweating.
Hydrate.
A buddy works in the heat all day. i asked him, you ever drink a soda? He said, "NO, when its that hot, you will throw rocks at sodas!"

He recommended a 3 waters to 1 gatorade ratio.

rsw, I damaged Acetylene regulators using too large rosebuds. The internals don't like acetone being drawn up with the flow. The largest welding bottles can have larger flows. Mine are half size.

Thanks Frits, I did not know this. Been torching all my life and I guess I've been lucky. I do rebuild my own regulators using viton rubber for the seal.

ALL, Linde has a deal right now in Bryan Texas, if you turn in your old broken regulator, they will sell you a new one for about $80-85. Good deal.

Good evening all. 73ºF for the start, partly cloudy sky, light breeze. Light wind, moderate gusts, Clouds cleared off some, and high temp was 94ºF, HI 100ºF. Made coffee to start day ride prep then hit the road on the bike. 77 miles, 6 hours moving time, temps dictated extra stops during later part of ride. Lunch then nap, grilled brats for dinner and chicken for chalupas .

Drinking first cup of coffee. 71° with rain this morning. Heading to 78° with mostly cloudy skies. Yesterday ended up being a conserve energy day. Today I will get back to doing yesterdays pond cleanup after rain stops.

Morning all!
62 going to 85 with pouring rain now and thunder and tornado watch for the afternoon. Looks like an indoor day to me.
Garden is coming along nicely. Need to get out there and give it a good weeding. No food out of it yet but should be soon.
Dentist visit for Monday and then Echo gram of heart Friday. Doc says everyone over 65 gets one now. Easy enough test, 6 hours fasting sucks though!
Estimates on getting one of the apartments prepped and painted are over 8000 bucks! Dam! Wish I had the stamina to still do that stuff!
Nothing else planned so I guess we will see what happens. Still getting the 5 am website glitch.
