well, partially successful.
Got assembly installed and turn signal did not work.
Determined plastic clip holding contacts to each other had come loose, got clip as tight as I could, tried
again, and the turn signal worked. Along with...the one rear back up light, blinking in unison. That seemed dubious to me so tried the other side.
No, just the one outside light is supposed to light up. So....I've got some wires incorrectly attached and need a second set of eyes to fix this.
At least the turn signal works.
considering plastic clips used, unless I glue them in, doubt it will hold for long with all the banging around it gets.
hopefully my replacement ordered will show up sooner vs later.

hey buddy, ya know your lights are screwed up?
un huh

Have a mystery. Found a red ball somewhat bigger that a tennis ball and heavy plastic. Was out in the middle of the field and ran over it mowing. Did not notice any tracks and was too far to be thrown . Any of you recognize this?

Mowing with the ZD331 went fast today going full speed. Helps with fresh sharpened blades and air suspension seat air pressure at the lowest to get the most bounce without bottoming out.
The woods mower I had it set for 3 remotes so I could lift each deck independently

Been good day...several little jobs done outside,Kubota got some TLC and soapy bath.
Plan for the evening...set on the deck see what critters show up,watch some YT keep recliner company.

Kil, you may want to look over this Utube on excavator in operation if you have not seen this before

Fwiw I am about 30 seconds I. And I remember watching this guy when he was adding the second level of containers to his castle - I haven’t looked back at his stuff in several years! THANK YOU - I need to catch up on his stuff!

Could you run it with a deck picked up, or would it destroy the driveshafts?
I have the progressive plumbed on one remote, because I can’t run it with any deck lifted.
No and I forgot one time and destroyed the drive shaft on one side. I changed it to one remote for all 3 decks to avoid that mistake again

I used to have a Toro 580D that had the decks all driven hydraulically, same 16 foot swath, and you could pick them up independently to make it narrower while mowing.
I got rid of it because it required a lot of maintenance, another engine, battery, 40 gallons of hydraulic oil, etc. Toro is also very proud of their parts. Much happier pulling a mower behind the Kubota.

I believe some of the bush hogs can lift with deck running and initially thought this would too but only small lifts to get over something. but it only broke the Ujoint when I forgot

Good early (Thursday) arvo. Overnight Low was a balmy 11C & I awoke to 15C, slightly overcast with the odd breeze. It's presently 23.9C.

A round of hay was put/set-up in Paddock #4 last evening.

A busy morning starting with a video call to my Aunt in Burlington, Ontario, then it was over to a Flu-jab session at 1100.

It should be a quiet rest of the arvo, followed by dinner & meeting this evening. Hopefully home by 2130.

That's about it, take care all.

Welding all finished a couple of hours ago:

Came down for dinner caught the rest of the News Hour while eating then after that watched Nature and Nova on PBS.

Woman just headed over to the neighbor's to put her dogs away for the night.

But She made me a pot of coffee before She left.

Trying to summon up the motivation to head back up to the shop to do a little wire brushing and then start priming.

Probably shouldn't have ate as much as I did ... ;)
